If necessary, we come to the defense of our clients before ordinary courts of justice, in all its procedural instances, arbitrators or special courts, depending on the industry or controversy. 

We analyze regulations and participate in the preparation of reports and defense of the rights and interests of our clients against the State Administration through judicial and administrative appeals, as well as requirements before the Comptroller General of the Republic on various issues. 

We represent our clients in bidding processes, administrative resources, claims of illegality, obtaining concessions, authorizations, administrative permits, and other related matters. We support local and foreign companies in public bidding processes for the construction, operation and maintenance of concession works and in public-private associations, in the preparation of offers, guarantees and in the review and negotiation of the respective contracts. 

We accompany our clients in all phases of their projects, from the beginning to the post-operation stages.
