Jorge Uribe

Jorge is a partner at our firm and his professional practice focuses on Public Law and Legal Affairs Governmental, mainly in Administrative Law and Regulatory Affairs. Jorge has extensive experience in matters of electricity concessions, public policies design, actions against regulatory authorities and in the processing of bills.

Experience

He was Legal Director of the Ministry Secretariat Government General (2018-2022) and has been lawyer of various institutions of the State Administration; Superintendence of Electricity and Fuels, Ministry of Assets National, Municipalities and Public Companies, experiences that have provided him with a vision strategic and multidisciplinary law and a unique ability to combine legal aspects and highly complex technicians in the field of Regulation. 

Academic activities

He is currently a teacher and Academic Coordinator of the Regulation Economics Master at Adolfo Ibañez University.
