Ricardo is a partner at our firm, his areas of specialization are Economic Administrative Law, Telecommunications, Energy, Free Competition and Regulated Markets. Advising companies related to telecommunications, energy, agriculture, real estate and regulated markets in general.
Experience
He served for more than 10 years as Director Legal of the Association of Electric Companies A.G. From that position he participated actively in public-private roundtables and in the discussion of some of the modifications most relevant regulations associated with the sector of energy in Chile.
Previously he served as lawyer of G&A Consultores in matters of Telecommunications and tariff processes.
Ricardo has participated in some of the most relevant regulatory challenges of the recent years, both in the energy sector and telecommunications, highlighting his role in the elaboration and implementation of the system of telephone number portability and measuring minimum internet speeds, among others.
